This blend was created to do just that in both the waking hours and sleep hours. Because, lets face it, we are busy. We want to prioritize working on building our intuition and following it but out conscious mind tend to take over. So why not use our unconscious mind to help us. This blend is especially women friendly, nothing against you gentlemen.  However women just have an innate intuition that's been given to us since birth. It grows with us as we grow, especially when we become mothers. The blend will help accentuate that given "gut feeling."
