To start, Tallow is rich in nutrients, including vitamins A, D, K, and E, as well as fat soluble activators, Omega 3, and antioxidants. All of which are amazing for your body internally and externally. That's why a lot of people choose to cook with it as a healthy alternative. It's antimicrobial, antifungal, compatible with skin's natural oils, as well as contains anti-inflammatory properties! Its moisturizing without clogging pores.
